Restoring my Razr2 v9m

Hi all, could anybody please help me with a method/instructions on how to restore the phone back to factory settings. My last resort is to go to a verizon dealer. I've already tried searching through the forums but i've had no luck.

I also plan on selling this phone by the way =]
