need help with phone tools

Hey,

I just got the W385 last week , and really like it. I would like to get pictures off the phone without having to email them. I have Motorola Phone tools, and updated it with like update.

The program starts, but most of the function buttons are not "clickable". I can send text messages, and sync my phone book. None of the other buttons work.

The media button isn't even there. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Have the same issue. Want to sync calendar utilizing phone tools and button is grayed out. Help please.

if you haven't found out by now, or for anyone looking in here, Verizon disables (cripples is better term) Motorola Phone Tools, so you'll be forced to go to subscribed tools with Verizon, trying to hack into your Moto W385 with this will void your warranty
