Dial *#92702689# [*#war0anty#] and this asks warranty code.
You can then type a number of codes to find out different details of your phone:

6232 - Display date of manufacture.

7332 - Display date of last repair.

7832 - Display purchasing date.

9268 - Display serial number.

37832 - Set purchasing date to MMYY.

87267 - Confirm Transfer, Related to firmware upgrades.

what is the Security code for the nokia phones? I haven't set any Security code so its evident there must be a default value.
Can anyone help me out with this pls.

If it's a Verizon phone, I think the default is last 4 digits of your phone number or your SS#.

Try the last 4 digits of your phone number.

I am not sure but if,in case that doesn't work, then use the
Default Security Code : 12345
(not sure, I just overheard people,Second hand information)
