Dashboard Troubleshooting
Troubleshooting - Am I always connected? No. Dashboard will only update content when it is launched or when “Refresh Channel Content” from the “Options” menu is selected.
- What happens if you receive a call while viewing channels and/or downloading while using Dashboard? The Dashboard session is suspended during the call. Once the call ends, you are prompted to return to Dashboard.
- What happens if you receive a SMS/MMS message while using Dashboard? The Dashboard session is suspended while the message is received by the device. The Dashboard session will resume after the message is viewed.
- If I replace my device, do I lose my channel configuration? No. Dashboard keeps the record and displays the channels that you subscribed to through your previous device.
- If I am roaming, can I still use Dashboard? No, Dashboard can’t be used while in Roaming.
