Default How to perform a soft reset on Palm Centro

Performing a soft reset - Palm Centro
A soft reset is the most useful tool for resolving a variety of issues. In most cases, a soft reset will not effect the data on the device, unless the battery is very low. It is a good practice to perform a sync operation before any reset to ensure that your data is backed up.
  1. Disconnect the AC charger and USB sync cable.
  2. Press and hold the Power / end key to turn the wireless radio off.
  3. Slide the battery cover downward to remove.
  4. Remove the battery.
  5. Re-insert the battery.
  6. Replace the battery cover by sliding upward.
  7. Ensure desired the Automatically set option is selected then tap Done.
    • Nothing
    • Date and time
    • Date, time and time zone
  8. Press and hold the Power / end key to turn wireless radio on.
