Just picked one up, 2gb. How do I need to format the folders on the sd_card so that the phone recognizes the paths?

Just put the card into your phone, your phone will format it. Then take it out and use on your computer to fill with everything you want. Then return to your phone. Should work like a charm.

VCast has nothing to do with the SD card. It's for storing songs, pictures, videos, etc.
