Underscore key - Samsung u740

Where do I find the underscore key when I am in "Windows Live". When I select Options, Symbols, I get an "uncaught exception" error message, and I am booted back to the main menu.

Note: Using "Options", "Symbols" works in other areas, but not when in Windows Live mode.
