How to sync Samsung Flipshot with Windows Media Player?

Just got the flipshot and so far its great, except Im having trouble figuring out how to sync with windows media player. Heres the deal?

I have a memory card in my flipshot and a data cable. I connect my phone to the pc via data cable and I am able to see the contents of my memory card. When I open up WMP11, it recognizes my phone, I hit sync, it proceeds to do so, places the music under the memory card. The problem is the phone will only read music that is under the my_music folder from a memory card. So I have to manually than place the songs into the my_music folder. If I have to keep doing that, whats the purpose of syncing with WMP11. I could just drag and drop files and thats it.

But I also noticed that there is a sync button on my phone when under the vcast music screen. When I select this option, my pc connected to phone, it keeps telling me failure to connect.

Does anybody know how to resolve this. Hope I can get an answer.
