Gleam bluetooth problems

I really like my Gleam except for my bluetooth problems. It wont connect with my Pioneer bluetooth module for my Avic-D3. Sometimes it will work though and when it does I cannot transfer my phonebook to it. It says "unit cannot support name cards" which is untrue since my prior phone Motorola W385 did just fine. Any ideas? Is there maybe a software update my Gleam needs?

I'm getting errors as well. Everyhting seems to be pairing up and then I get "device does not support receiving pictures" or the same error you got as well. This is only when I'm trying to receive anything onto my laptop. I was thinking it was an XP/SP2 issue, but the more I read I think its a Verizon thing...

Any ideas?
