Samsung Gleam Exchange
Hi, I'm new to these forums and could not find the answer to my question elsewhere. I have the Samsung gleam and have had it for about 4 months. Every once in a while the vibrate on my phone will stop working. After a while of trying to get the vibrate to work the phone will make a weird noise and the vibrate will work again. This has caused me to miss important calls, texts, and even sleep in too late b/c the vibrate on the alarm clock did not work. I don't have the extra insurance on my phone. What I am wondering is if I call Verizon and complain, will they allow me to put the price of the Gleam towards another phone (may be more or less expensive). Frankly, I am not to pleased with the Gleam and it's features. So would Verizon allow me to switch phones and pay the difference in the price??? Thanks for the help.
