How to insert and remove memory card on Samsung Glyde

Inserting / removing a memory card - Samsung Glyde (SCH-u940)
The Samsung Glyde (SCH-u940) supports a microSD (TransFlash) memory card. A memory card is not included with the phone but can be purchased from any Verizon Wireless retail store or at the online store.
Inserting a memory card:

1. Press and hold the power key (located on the upper-right side of the phone) to turn the phone off.
2. Slide the top end of the battery cover forward then lift the bottom end to remove it.
   
3. With the metal pins facing down, slide the memory card into the card slot.
   
4. Carefully press the bottom end of the battery cover down then slide it up until it snaps into place.
   

Removing a memory card:
To avoid damage to the memory card, do not remove while storing or moving data.

1. Press and hold the power key (located on the upper-right side of the phone) to turn the phone off.
2. Slide the top end of the battery cover forward then lift the bottom end to remove it.
   
3. Carefully slide out the card to remove it.
   
4. Carefully press the bottm end of the battery cover down then slide it up until it snaps into place.
