i760 not available @ verizon ?

I guess I need to check the local store.
The 760 is not listed as currently available phones at verizon website.

Am I mistaken ?

Wow. I just noticed that it's missing also. This phone has been out for a while, at least over a year. They may be clearing for i770 or HTC Diamond.

Personally, I would prefer the HTC Touch Pro (one with keyboard) if it was available earlier. I guess now I don't have a choice but to wait....

I had a 760 before getting my 6800. There is a software glitch that is not allowing the 760 to connect to data correctly.

I was having other problems with my 760 and when I contacted tech support, they allowed me to go to the store to exchange my sammy and although the rep I normally deal with had 4 on the shelf, they could and would not use them. They ended up giving me a new 6800 in place of it.

The reps have no idea if ever at all that the 760 will be available again. There have been many other VZW customers getting the same results with there 760's. I am now currerntly waiting to see the release of either the Treo 800w (Release hopefullyin October 2008) and the Omni just after

I just heard this phone was discontinued...I hate this phone, & nothing but problems. Was tempted to go back to LG (simple Flip Phone)

Since this is a commercial account...We spend quite a bit on phone's, services/options, air-card-4 total lines.

Now were stuck we these & my eligibility isnt until 9/09
