How to perform a master reset on Samsung Intensity

Performing a master reset - Samsung Intensity (SCH-u450)
This procedure will erase all user data and restore the handset to the original factory settings.

1. From the main screen, press the center of the 5-way navigation pad to choose MENU.
2. Select Settings & Tools then press the center of the 5-way navigation pad to choose OK.
3. Select Phone Settings then press the center of the 5-way navigation pad to choose OK.
4. Select Security then press the center of the 5-way navigation pad to choose OK.
5. Enter the Security Code (default is the last 4 digits of the phone number) then press the center of the 5-way navigation pad to choose OK.
6. Select Restore Phone then press the center of the 5-way navigation pad to choose OK.
7. Select Yes then press the center of the 5-way navigation pad to choose OK.
8. Press the center of the 5-way navigation pad to choose OK.
9. Enter the Security Code (default is the last 4 digits of the phone number) then press the center of the 5-way navigation pad to choose OK.
