Performing a hard reset - Samsung Omnia II SCH-I920
A hard reset is the last resort for troubleshooting. This reset will erase all data and restore preferences to factory default specifications. Performing a hard reset is only recommended when the existing data has been backed up or is unwanted.

1. From the Today screen, tap Start.
   
2. Tap Settings.
   
3. Tap Memory Settings.
   
4. Tap Clear All Data.
   
5. Tap Clear All Data.
   
6. Tap Yes.
   
7. Enter the Device Lock Code (the default code is last 4 digits of the mobile number) then tap Done.
