How to check available memory on Samsung u430

Checking available memory - Samsung SCH-u430

From the main screen, press OK to choose Menu.
Select Settings & Tools then press OK.
Select Memory then press OK.
Select Memory Usage then press OK.
If the phone memory is full, you may remove unused items from the phone such as:
- Get It Now applications
- Pictures
- Sounds
