Checking minutes used

If your phone supports browser, as most of the Verizon phones do, you can check how many minutes used and how many text message you have sent/received for free from your phone.

1. Start your browser (usually by one of the 4-way keys)
2. Scroll down to (1) Select My Account
3. Select (2) Usage
4. Enter your billing zip code. Click OK.
5. Select Minutes (or TXT Messages)

It will tell you how many minutes you have used during Peak, Off Peak, Weekend, Peak IN, Off Peak IN

From #3, you have 7 different options you can choose to see your balance, payment information, your plans, etc.


These are all Air time FREE so check as often as you like, if you think you might be over your monthly limit.

I hardly even come close to going over the limit. What does that tell about me? Should I get some more friends?

no you just have descerning taste and only select verizon subscribers as friends so everything is IN calling......

That's one way to look at it.

dialing any of the keys #DATA , #MIN, or #BAL will send a text message with the info to your phone, all of those text messages are free messages.

How do you dial #DATA?

If I try to dial 'D', only the number 3 is available.

just tried it and it worked from mine #3282.

I just tried it. The voice message says I have not sent any pictures this billing period. And it also sent a text message.
