Hello, I have the same problem as one of the user here: My samsung u620 receives an email with the mp3 attached, saves it to my sounds in Get it Now folder, and that's about it. I can play the clip, I can send it to other peoplel; however, I can't set it up as a ringtone. Please help.

Does anyone know if Verizon has disabled this option?

I have the new Razr2 and used it for a few songs. I made some ringtones and tonight all of my e-mails are bouncing back with this message from Yahoo

This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

That's news to me. Did Verizon get smart and figured out a way to block it?

i tried this trick yesterday and i thought that it didnt work but then 6 hours later here comes a message with my ringtone attatched and it worked just fine so it looks like there handy loop hole is still there.

i am having a problem with it now though,other then taking forever to get the text now i keep getting a duplicate message. ive received the same text 4 times now in the past 24 hours. any one have a suggest to make this stop?

Lucky you, I was under the impression that Verizon blocked all of these emails because people weren't buying from their VZW Deluxe Ripoff Ringtone application.

I'm using the Samsung Gleam (SCH-U700) and I get this same message when I try to use this method to send ringtones to it. Has anyone figure out a solution to this? Thanks in advance
