Problem with Verizon Card - Novatel USB

I'm getting unauthorized dowloads and uploads at 70.192 and 75.216, They appear to be Japanese Audio-Video sites

I have a toshiba satellite, Norton's 360 and have tried everything, but cannot find the culprit.

Several months ago, prior to Verizon, I did torrent file sharing but got rid of it all.
