This is Verizon Wireless' first 1xEV-DO Rev A product.

The main difference between 1xEV-DO Rev 0 and Rev A for a PC Card is the speed.

The maximum download speed for Rev 0 is 2.4Mbps and upload speed of 153Kbps.
The maximum download speed for Rev A is 3.1Mbps and upload speed of 1.8Mbps.

They said that this card can be software upgraded to support Rev A when it becomes available.
